really enjoyed the spa
We received a room with handicapped bathroom which we didn't need, so we asked to switch to regular room, we received a few options and we ended up upgrading to a room with a little bit more space, for 20€ per night. The built-in hair dryer didn't work so they provided a replacement. The breakfast was very good. The location is ok and the spa was also nice. 4.5 overall.
We expected much more from 4.5 stars hotel. The reception is part of a coridor. The spa is tiny and croudy. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean but very very small. Absolutely not 4.5 stars hotel.

The location of this hotel is lovely. The room was a bit small and had a weird shape, but it was the last room available. Also it was overlooking the street. Dinner was included and it was ok, but nothing super. We booked this hotel for the spa, and we were rather disappointed that there was no pool and the spa itself was rather small. They have a second spa advertised which has a pool but this is not on site and we weren't offered to use that one. Breakfast was very poor.
Spa with limited capacity, it was super full during our stay. Wide range of food for breakfast. Acceptable diatance to Cortina d'Ampezzo (can be busy during high season).
