Tango House Bed & Breakfast

I was a solo traveler and felt very safe at Tango House. Room and bathroom was very clean and staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We came into Krakow jet-lagged and in the need of a good solid nights rest. Our room was quiet and the best part, had a fan which we used for white noise and comfort (not a typical add-on in many European B&B). The room was clean, the kitchenette supplied with wine glasses for evening and a little refrigerator for coffee cream and left-overs. The mattresses were comfortable! And then the location! We could hear the horn blown from the top of St. Mary's in the main square if our window was open. It was an easy flat walk from the train station and an easy walk everywhere else.And if you want to grab a quick inexpensive bite, the Little Market Square is right around the corner and full of fresh Polish food, cooked all day long - sausages, Perogi, cheeses, roasted vegetables. Loved the hotel and the city!

Charming small bed & breakfast in a 16th century building just off the main square in the centre of Krakow. Friendly and helpful staff who will organise transport from/to airport and visits to the Salt Mines, Schindler's Factory etc. It can be noise from the street at night but that is to be expected in the centre of Krakow. Access to some rooms not suitable for anyone who cannot manage a long flight of stairs, so advisable to contact hotel to ensure most appropriate accommodation. I would happily stay there again.

B&B is in a centuries old building, but very clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is close to Old Town and also not far from the train station. My room was very quiet since it was above the courtyard and away from the street.

Staff superb, breakfast was continental type and adequate although in rather a confined space also location to main square was very good indeed. The one big drawback was safety, bedrooms reached up several flights old wooden & large staircase but no means of exit or fire escape in event of fire, one would be totally trapped which may be of concern to some people, however I did enjoy my stay.

Unbeatable location. Great staff. Very confortable. All for a very reasonable price.

This is a really good lower-priced hotel in a fantastic location, less than a block from the Market Square in a truly historic 16th century building. It's an easy 10-minute walk to the train station, and it's in the center of everything but remarkably quiet. It is not luxurious, but bed and bathroom were both fine, though not glamorous. Breakfast was good and very affordable, and well worth doing before a day of walking around town. The young women who run the Tango House were terrific: friendly, efficient, competent. This is not a luxury hotel by any standards but if you want to save some money, this is really good value and perfectly pleasant.

I had an extended stay at Tango House this past fall. The B&B exceeded all of my expectations. My room was comfortable and warm, the facilities were spotless, and the staff was warm, knowledgeable, and approachable. The hotel is located right on the small town square and just two minutes' walk from the main square. Despite its location, however, I slept great because I never heard any of the noise on the street from my room. It is possible to get nearly everywhere in Krakow on foot from the hotel, but the staff will arrange for a cab if you prefer to drive. The staff is also happy to schedule English-language (or Polish) tours of tourist attractions in and around Krakow. The breakfast that the B&B offers for a small fee was fresh and filling. The staff kindly offered made to order lattes and other coffee drinks, and encouraged me to take fruit or yogurt for later. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the area. I could not have asked for a better place for a temporary home in Krakow!

Tango House Hotel is an excellent place for short break digs in Krakow. I found this gem after considerable research and it excelled my expectations. We were extremely happy with all aspects of Tango House but above all is its location, can't beat it, within seconds of the main square. I don't think there's anything else in this price bracket with such a location.

Located a few steps off the main market square, this charming little hotel has everything you need for a nice stay in Cracow. The service is friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean and the building itself creates a unique atmosphere.
