Tango House Bed & Breakfast

Central location, friendly staff, clean room. Old building but modern bedroom. Street can be noisy at night so ideally request a room away from the street.

Great little hotel in a great location. The price for the location is really good. It is just one minutes walk from central square, St Mary's church and the Cloth Hall. Everything within the old town is within no more than 10 mins walk. Good size room and staff very friendly. Good continental breakfast. Free wifi.

Perfect hotel if you want to be near Od Town Krakow. Also convenient walk from the train station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommended a great restaurant nearby for Polish food the Kogel Mogel. Delicious food and wonderful outdoor courtyard

It is extremely close to the downtown area and the train terminal. The staff is very pleasing and helpful. Our room had been modernized and was very compfortable. You can obtain a café laté at any time of day free. There is no elevator because the building is over 500 years old, but it has an apprechiative charm

I think there are larger rooms, but a growing trend for us in using Hotels.com is either paying a higher price or getting a less desirable room than you get get by booking direct. Tango is an adventure in dragging luggage up several flights and locking three doors behind you. Call it charming or slightly shabby, it is so convenient those things can be accepted. The staff is extremely helpful and informative.

Great little hotel with an excellent location just off the main square. Our room was very clean, spacious and attractive - and Was v quiet at night. There's also a lovely little cafe for breakfast (which we didn't have as we were running late). Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back!

Hotel is a little bit different, being in 600 year old building and with reception also being a cafe. Room was not large but decent, and staff friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant - easy walk from railway station, so close to the main square you can hear all the bugle calls, but separated off from street noise.

This is a great little hotel. Just off the main square its a perfect location to explore, enjoy the many cafés, restaurants and bars whilst feeling tucked away behind the main street (ignore the outside façade - just walk in and its just lovely). All of the receptionists we met were helpful and attentive without being pushy and all spoke good English. The room with kitchenette was clean and comfy the only down point being the mattress was too soft for my husband. I however slept like a log (the vodka may have helped). Perfect for couples and romantic getaways. I read that someone found the club across the road too noisy however in our room we weren't disturbed at all. An excellent trip to Krakow made all the better by this great little hotel.

My friend and I stayed here for three nights and found the place to be great. Looks a little dodgy as you walk in but the rooms are spacious and clean. It has a nice touch of tango music being available in your room at all times by using a switch on the wall! Staff are friendly, helpful and speak English well and it's in an excellent location. Be warned that there are no lifts so you will have to carry your luggage up many flights of stairs.

The location of Tango House was perfect, right round the corner from the main square. The staff were very friendly and only to willing to help organise your travel plans. Although the facilities were limited, that was because it is an old original building so modern comforts can be quite awkward, eg, air conditioning, we found that this just added to the authenticity. I would certainly use Tango House again but don't go expecting five star facilities, the only draw back I found was we couldn't get a proper cup of English tea although they did provide us with Earl Grey at one point, well done for trying!!
