The location is excellent and close to everything in Hastings

There were broken windows, the stairs were filthy (bird poi everywhere), bird droppings on the handrails. We were only given one face cloth for 3 people, there was no spare toilet paper and we ran out. The beds were clean and comfortable. We felt quite unsafe with people on either side of our room making a lot of noise. There were also a lot of seasonal workers loitering about. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was really nice

The room originally booked too small and old fashioned. Paid extra for upgrade and curtains ripped, bed uncomfortable,no curtain in lounge area so no privacy, only hot water no cold water. Would recommend updating the pics on booking.com
