The chairs not comfortable to sit in workers staying there were to noisy basic tv need a leaflet in rooms with information on WiFi restaurants etc

Was easy to access the lockbox to get the key

The property was run down, the pool was green, the room was untidy- towels thrown on bedside table. Gang graffiti on the pictures on the wall. Wifi didn’t work. Felt unsafe. Did not use the facilities. Left within 10 minutes of arriving. Notified them we were leaving and why and no refund or communications given
