Unfortunately kitchen renovations. We had heard it was a great meal. Perhaps the room rate could have been reduced because of this.

Staff so attentive. Room always spotless which is the main thing that makes us return! Bed comfy. Also they treat my dog like a guest not an unfortunate accompaniment!

Excellent breakfast with fresh and healthy produce. Nice room with thoughtful details.

Unfortunately we had booked dinner in the bar area as our choice of timing was not available in the restaurant - if we had known that there would be a DJ making any type of talking impossible there we would have taken the later slot at the restaurant! Just something that the staff should really have warned us about as we ended up going somewhere else to eat.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, clean, and nicely furnished rooms with Nespresso machine, hairdryer. Location was excellent in middle of Shaftesbury. Would stay again if we ever go back to Shaftesbury. We booked a standard double but I think our room was upgraded to a premium as it was very spacious.

Not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues, our room was on 2nd floor and disabled lift only goes to 1st floor.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous room which was very comfortable. Lots of little extra touches. Only stayed one night as we were visiting family. Highly recommended.

Parking, but not a problem if you have sense and ask etc

Room was excellent - very large and stylish. Bathroom was huge and very modern
