Group bookings of 6+ rooms must be canceled outside of 28 days to avoid a cancellation charge. Full payment is required 14 days/28 days prior for the above bookings. I was blown away by the Grosvenor Arms. The staff were all friendly and super-helpful. My room was huge, very nicely decorated (simple, elegant, modern), and the shower in the bathroom was really great: easy to operate, lots of room and really good pressure. I had lunch and dinner there and both meals were excellent ... and the delicious home-baked pizza was so big that they boxed it and I had the uneaten half for dinner when I got home!

Everything.

The room we had was top floor, with the weather being very, very hot it had only a small window to let air in. There was a fan to use but it was very noisy, so didn't use it when asleep

Location, great shower

Nowhere to put own toiletries in bathroom, makeup bag etc had to go on the floor. A shelf would be perfect. Pillows uncomfortable as sponge bulked up.

We stayed in the suite which was incredible. The bathroom was enormous. Staff were super helpful. Food was amazing.
