Hotel Villa Los Candiles

Perfect

I would put it a 5 stars but we got awoken at 5:30 am by the staff preparing breakfast… a little early when you check in late…

Tienen que revisar porque está publicado que te dan el desayuno incluido en Expedia, sin embargo, cuando hicimos el check in nos dieron que no lo incluía y hasta el 2do día lo verificaron con Expedia y si ya lo incluyeron, pero honestamente fue una mala experiencia.

The staff are very friendly and they have great beds and good bathrooms

Just as I was going to bed I realised there was no lock on the patio doors and I was on the ground floor ! Reception responded quickly and offered me the room next door but on entering the room it had the most foul smell !! Disgusting!! I was told this was because it needed airing ! At this point I asked for a feee upgrade and was refused and offered another room which was not so smelly but still needed to be sprayed . Finally got to bed to hear a loud noise in the room , it was the fridge ! I had to unplug it to get to sleep . I told reception but unfortunately they did nothing to change the fridge or fix it .

Everything. Stuff so sweet. Rooms super clean. Food really good. After living more than 8 years in Costa Rica and testing a lot of hotels I can clearly say that this hotel is one of the best I’ve been to. I will come back

The room is spacious with all the facilities you would expect, Breakfast was substantial and well prepared and presented, the restaurant has a limited menu but all dishes are freshly prepared with love and tasted delicious. The staff are super helpful.
