We have stayed here many times over the years even back when Tattoo the keel billed tucan was in residence and hoppng up on the breakfast table to share my toast. The staff remembered us even after many years passed and the hotel still has that nice family feel. From the made to order breakfast toa splash in the roof top pool the place is filled with great memories fr us.

Hotel precioso en el centro histórico de Cartagena. Camas cómodas y staff fantástico desde Giovanny a la recepción a l@s chic@s del desayuno. Detalles maravillosos con el cliente, nos sentimos muy mimados. Mil gracias!

Hay bastante mosquitos y la chica del spa arriba fue un poco borde cuando pedimos toallas para la piscina, que al final fuimos nosotros a buscar abajo.

Great location, beautiful property (even better than the pictures), well-appointed and comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast, wonderful service (German and staff every breakfast and Sebastian at check-in), pretty and quaint common areas. Hotel held our bags and gave us towels and toiletries to shower by pool area to accomodate late departure.

On a couple of occasions, shower water was only warm, not hot. This seems to be somewhat common in Colombia.
