Great location. Beautiful hotel. Good breakfast.

The pools were a bit sad.

The staff at the hotel is exceptional! The breakfast was excellent and other meals I ordered throughout my stay were prepared with care. My bed in my room was very comfortable an overall the accommodations were impeccably clean.

My only complaint is the the walls are very very thin and noise from other guests was unbearable at times. I could hear distinctly every word of the conversations of the people in the room next door. The amenities (pool lounge area) could also use some upkeep.

The room is nice and spacious and it was very clean. The pool was small but there was almost never anyone there so it was good. Location is great, very central but not too crazy. The day pass for their partner hotels was great.

For some reason our shower didn't have a roof, so when it rained it was impossible to shower. The "rooftop bar" didn't really exist, you had to order from the kitchen downstairs which took some time. The restaurant had no vegetarian options. The breakfast was fine, but very small and nothing extraordinary. I feel like for this price there are better options in Cartagena.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, o café da manhã é excelente e o quarto bem espaçoso. O prédio é muito bonito e típico. A localização é excelente, é possível ir a pé para todos os pontos turísticos e tem excelentes restaurantes nas proximidades.

Da falta de ar condicionado no restaurante e do barulho vindo da rua a noite.

Amazing. Rooms are large and just beautiful. The hotel itself is so underrated on any websites, in person it’s stunning. 2x pools are great and even a spa. Staff so helpful and friendly. Amazing location too.

I enjoyed a wonderful 6 days at the Bantu Boutique Hotel, a beautiful colonial building perfectly positioned in the old town. My King Studio was spacious and very comfortable with character features including stone walls and high ceilings. The hotel amenities are good but not "over the top" luxurious. For me this was spot on, the two swimming pools provided for good relaxation moments though I feel more could have been made of the roof top pool and bar area - more an observation than criticism. The hotel staff made me feel very welcome. Arnold on the front desk could not have been more helpful and provided some great recommendations. Herman "steered" the excellent breakfast buffet with an easy smile and relaxed charm and always a warm greeting to start the day. The hotels is close to some excellent restaurants and bars and including the best street food vendor I experienced in Colombia - all freshly made for locals and tourists alike.

Beautiful building, the rooms seem to be in good shape and the interior pool is worth it

Try to communicate with the staff before getting there to try some of their “experiences” but never answers me, told the people at the check in and they didn’t care at all, not explanation or anything, also gave the a room with 2 double vets side by side, when I booked a king bed. It killed the vibe a bit.
