The hotel grounds/garden

1. The bathroom had a shower which is not enclosed in a cubicle, leading to water splashing all over the floor 2. The extractor fan was not working, making the room moist throughout the day. 3. We had to keep asking for extra linen for warmth during the night. 4. There was a burst water pipe on one of the days. We left the hotel without bathing. 5 one of the front desk staff members had problems smiling at the guests.

Je souhaiterais adresser un message au directeur de l'établissement afin de lui dire que l'ensemble de son équipe est exceptionnelle. Ils sont a l' écoute de la clientèle, toujours souriant et prêt a toujours trouver des solutions.Mqonsieur un grand bravo a vous et votre équipe. Lors de mon prochain séjour un seul hôtel le SAWA.

Les chambres mériteraient d être rénovés. Mais l entourage vous fait oublier ce petit bémol.
