Second time and still can't find anything to complain about... Everything is so perfect and accurate...

An incredible experience, one of sheer delight. The place is beauty personified. We had drinks in the elegant setting of Le Jardin. It was perfect in every way. The staff were charming and helpful, and from the comfort of the seating, the attention to detail, to the breathtaking ambience.

This place is magical. I would even go so far as to say it’s the most elegant and stunning hotel I’ve ever experienced. The craftsmanship of the riads is absolutely incredible. We could not believe how blessed we felt to be staying in such unexpected luxury. The beds were clouds of comfort. The living space was sprawling and creative and magnificent. But above all was the service. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, warm and helpful. Most outstanding of all was our lovely butler Sakina. Sakina was the epitome of elegant, effortless hospitality. She was exceedingly kind and eager to assist. She went out of her way to ensure every detail of our stay was impeccable. She is a master of her craft. I wanted to cry when we left I was so happy and sad at the same time and I’m certain it was our time with Sakita that tipped our experience into excellence. Thank you Sakina and the Royal Mansour!

We could not have wished for more. The location of the hotel, the Riad, the staff and facilities were all top. Attention to details from The staff were remarkable, having to know we had an infant and preparing all needs from baby bathtub, to nappies dispenser to baby food cooker and the baby friendly shower gel says it all. The breakfast area is remarkable, with amazing variety of food, great ambience in all restaurants, beautiful garden and one of a kind Spa. So honestly it could be the best hotel i have visited in my life and i do travel and stay in top hotels but this one tops them all

Beautiful and tranquil. A wonderful experience. I recommend The Royal Mansour to anyone visiting Marrakesh. The garden and fountains are extraordinary. The staff were kind and helpful. The Arabesque spa is like nothing I have seen before. In the future we will stay for an extended period.

We have travelled to some amazing places around the world and this is one of the finest. From the plane door opening, including Said our personal butler to opening a bar /restaurant just for a drink, this place is second to none. The food was fabulous including a stunning dinner celebrating Atour.

Un séjour digne d’un conte mille et une nuit. Un moment de raffinement et de repos profond. La beauté des lieux est difficilement descriptible. C’est un songe. Le personnel est exceptionnel, vous vous êtes chouchoutez du début jusqu’à la fin. Le SPA est sorti d’un conte aussi. Vous pouvez ne plus visiter les palais de la ville. Vous habitez dans le plus bel palais où sans doute les meilleurs artisans ont travaillé. Les petits déjeuners sont remarquables. C’est un lieu et un séjour qui restera gravé dans notre mémoire. Un grand remerciement à toute l’équipe.

Understandably one of the best hotels in the world. Nowhere we have costed visited comes close or compares to the attentiveness and attention to detail. Home to the most beautiful architecture as intricate and delicate as the service. A visit here will take your breath away with the same ornamental tones of the gardens here. Simply breath taking.
