If you stay more than a day, make sure tell the front desk that they need to clean your room. Or else cleaners will not even go to your room. They assume that if you wouldn't tell them, you don't want your room cleaned.

Showers aren't the greatest but everything else is fine... Better blankets would have been nice

Some tourist spots within walking distance so no need to take a cab, supermarkets and food chains also nearby, staff are okay

No wifi in room! But good wifi in lobby. Was located in a bit of a rough area with homeless people right in front, there was security guard though so just don't walk alone at night, in the day was fine. Across from mcdonalds!!!!! Us 4 adults booked 2 double beds - they only had a double and single. With much hassle they put us in proper room for one night so we stayed the 1 night and cancelled the rest of our booking. Room was clean but had many small tiny spiders in a corner. Very dated (paint cracking on walls). Bathroom has the toilet and shower together without separation. Close to 3 major sites. Close to port and not too far from airport. The coffee shop menu is limited but OK for breakfast and the nearby AA BBQ is good for a cheap meal. It comes in the cheap and cheerful category. My second visit.

great location worth everthing. attractions walk away. close to local market too. AA bbq is cross street from plaza independia. just ask anyone if you like bbq, AA is famous. 60php texi to south bus terminal if you want to go south Cebu. 200 php texi to Taorious temple, or prison to watch dance inmate. 200 php to airport. 100 p to Ayala mall, sky experience.

We stayed here just one night before flying home. It was a great price which is what we were looking for since we wouldn't be there long. There were two single beds in the room and a nice shower. The hotel also has a spa (I got a pedicure) and a restaurant (cheap and tasted fine, so it was convenient....otherwise McDonalds is across the street too, which we also did).

Perfect location for anyone going through CFO, the Hotel is walking distance to the CFO Office.

We were upset that the room we paid for was not provided to us. We were given a room with triple single beds while on our reservation we paid for a Family room since its the only room available with a double size bed. We paid and reserved on line through Hotels.com. If the room was not available we should have been advised to be able to find another hotel and returned our money. But instead they took the liberty of giving us a room of their choice!
