Only stayed here for a night as we spent most of our time going to tourist places. PROS - Magellan's cross, Sto. Niño Basilica, and Fort San Pedro are a block away. Mcdonald's, Chicken Inasal, and a grocery store are across the street. Getting a taxi is easy. CONS - Check in process was slow. There was no proper line at the check in counter. Guests can easily interrupt the receptionist. No running water for a period of time. They gave us 2 buckets of water when we asked. The faucets seemed like they're falling apart. Overall, it was okay. You get what you pay for.

The only saving grace of this hotel is its location. It's a stone's throw to Magellan's Cross and the Basilica Sto. Nino. Mcdonalds is across the street. The bed sheets were threadbare and dingy so were the towels. The staff though was responsive to our requests. The first room we were given, the tv was not working - after about a half hour of finagling with the cable box to no avail we were given another room but the refrigerator was out of order too, which was promptly replaced. To top it all they ran out of water, which had to be trucked in. After a long hot day we all wanted to take a shower, but the water didnt get there until very late that night.

The room rate was affordable..comfy room, but need to improve with your wirings (tv) too messy, beddings should change to thicker ones...

As the purpose of the stay with the hotel is to attend the national motorcycle convention of the Philippines, the venue was perfect to the location of the hotel. The room as a whole is down to earth basic but distinctly clean, shower is hot and cold with strong pressure, there is in-house massage. The cafe on the 2nd floor is just enough to meet a sudden hit of hunger and you may need to go out and have a better dining. The hotel is just a couple of blocks away from the famous Sto. Nino Cebu Basilica.

I've stayed at higher star rating hotels that were more expensive than this. Room size is amazing. Bed size is great, and there is two of them! There was a mixup with my registration in which they accidentally entered me into their computer for a single night, when I had bought two. It was just an easy mistake to make. They were professional and confirmed the correct number of nights. I come too and from the philippines a lot. I've stayed in many hotels. This one is right up there with allure or orchard in terms of quality of room and services provided. A TON of hotels are a huge price for little in return, as well as poor attitudes when helping a customer. This hotel did not have that nonsense. And I gotta say... for how much I travel here, what a relief it is. I think I'll be a permanent customer here. Thank you!

Check in time past 2pm . Staff would not let us get into our room until exactly 2pm and even beyond.. Not so organized regarding timeliness of guests' check in/checkout. Water ran out while showering. Staff brought a pail of water after 30 mins. Hassle! Not so bad experience but they should address it and do something about it Food was okay

Walking distance to 3 major attractions and the pier 1 for ferry to Bohol. Supermarket across the road.
