"Very disappointed"

Very Disappointed. Shower door was broken and black bits of something(?) washed into shower floor when showering. Whatever that is at the base of commode is disgusting. I would not fault maintenance or housekeeping, rather, this appears to be a lack of attention on the part of the owners. Will not return.

"Mixed experience."

The staff and the location. The staff was friendly and listening and prompt with our requests. Breakfast was quite complete and attentive staff.

The facilities left much to desire. 1) Bed, mattress lumpy and very uncomfortable. There was no support. 2) Shower moldy along the door and edges. Glass door not clean. Carpet in the room cleanliness we would not know as we did not walk barefoot in the room. Kitchen was not used therefore we do not know about clean.

Could not get hot water out of the shower. The water in the sink and shower did not drain properly so you had to stand in 6 inches of water in the shower. The front elevator is still out of service.
