Homewood Suites by Hilton Newtown - Langhorne, PA

The room was very clean , the staff was very accommodating and the parking was great! Only a 6 minute drive to local grocery store and eateries.

Easy access and parking.

Stayed here 9 nights while visiting family. The room was comfortable and clean. Jack, Suzanne and Samantha were wonderful and attended to our needs. Stayed in newly renovated room. Only downside they were renovating laundry area so could not do any wash.

Size of the room was ok

Elevator was broken so had to walk really far to our room. Pool was out of service and they didn’t let us know before , and the garbages in the hallway smelled terrible

Staff at the desk couldn’t access keys for our room for 25 minutes. They made our keys not work when we went back to get our luggage even though they approved a late check out. That wasted another 20 minutes.

Great place to stop for the night so far (I’ve now stayed two occasions passing through).

I’ve been a long-term guest at the Homewood Suites in Newtown, PA, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful this hotel and team are. Staying here feels less like a hotel stay and more like being part of a community that genuinely cares about its guests. From the start, Suzanne, the General Manager, and Tabitha Burger, the Sales Manager, set the tone with their warm leadership. They are very visible, approachable, and always checking in to make sure guests are comfortable. Jack, the Assistant GM, is just as attentive, stepping in whenever needed and always making sure everything runs smoothly. The front desk team is fantastic—Nancy, Luke, and Brooke are the heartbeat of the lobby. They welcome me by name every time I come in, always offering a smile, a quick chat, or help with whatever I might need. They even looked forward to visits from my dog, Jed, who quickly became a favorite among the staff. Everyone treated him like family, which meant the world to us. Housekeeping has been just as impressive. Sary, the Housekeeping Supervisor, leads her team with such pride. My suite has always been spotless, and the attention to detail makes all the difference when you’re staying for an extended period. Samantha and the staff helping with breakfast always did a great job. This property goes above and beyond in every way, from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the warmth of the staff. After many months here, I can honestly say that the Homewood Suites Newtown isn’t just where I stay—it’s where I feel at home (and where Jed felt right at home too!).

Elevator broken so we had to go to the back of the hotel. Otherwise, the room is great. Pet friendly.

We arrived on Thursday, August 21st. We were there for my 2-year-old son's birthday. This property was convenient to Sesame Place, but there were issues. We did not have a microwave from Thursday until Saturday. We were informed that there was a microwave downstairs in the lobby area, but the elevator that was near our room was out of order. That meant we would have to walk down our hall, around a corner and then down another hall for the back elevator. That was very inconvenient especially if you are carrying food for 3 adults and 1 child. The microwave was replaced and while it was being replaced, 2 lights had blown. Someone came to change the bulbs, but had the wrong bulbs and had to go find differnet ones. Of course, this person seemed to have an attiude. Any time we took our dogs out, we had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. Major inconvenience! Also, while there, we could not access the pool as it was closed due to maintenance. The first notification about the pool stated it would be closed until the 22nd, but changed to the 27th. That was a major inconvenience as well due to me booking the hotel for the indoor pool. My son loves pools, and we had planned to spend a lot of time in the pool. Unfortunately, we could not do so. I was compensated, which when asked, it was a slight attitude about it. To be honest, I would not recommend this hotel, while it may be convenient to Sesame Place, I would rather pay more elsewhere than to deal with all the inconveniences. Thanks!

Gym and the pool were out of order. That should reduce the price.
