It was spotless! The floors didnโ€™t have a piece of dust in them. It had been meticulously cleaned.

I had never been to Tucson so I didnโ€™t know the good part of town from the bad. I was worried when I first pulled in but saw the other patrons, young college kids. I felt totally safe after seeing them. I still donโ€™t know where the good and bad parts are but when I go back I will definitely stay at the university inn.

Pull up to the hotel and you think twice. Once you get in your room it's a cozy wonderful spot. Beds are comfortable.

"Nice stay in Tucson"

Bed is comfortable, room is clean and spacious. Breakfast provided is an added bonus (unadvertised on booking websites). Staff super friendly. Park across street appears sketchy but property is very well lit and we saw no issues at all. We met owner and he makes sure there are no issues. Location is very convenient.
