"AMAZING "

Our stay was amazing. We had trouble with our keys and they fixed them easily and quickly. Breakfast was amazing every morning and the customer service was over the top.

Check in staff was not friendly. Room was 80 degrees when we entered. Bathroom had hair on the walls of the shower stall. Breakfast was good and plentiful though. Still would not return. Cleanliness is basic.

"My opinion"

Room was ok. Staffs ok. But some gym equipment was not working. Swimming pool maintenance was very terrible. Water looked foggy, bugs floating , floor was not clean, instead of feeling refreshed, it felt dirty after getting in water. They need to do better in swimming pool maintenance. Out of two elevators, one was out of order in most of our stay. Breakfast was ok. Parking space good. Had shampoo conditioner body wash. You have to ask for toothbrush and toothpaste.

Our room was missing soap and hair conditioner but those are miner problems. The elevators didn’t work and my husband is handicapped. The lady in charge of breakfast bar was rude when I politely said the coffee urn was empty. On a positive note the room was clean.

It was excellent at all and the only inconvenience was the mini fridge as it did not get cool enough even tough someone came to fix it and still it was the same and I had to get ice to keep some milk for children and also the air-conditioning did not get cool enough. But it was a good stay
