The employees were super friendly. The room was strange. The bathroom was separated into the shower and sink and the toilet and small sink. Toilet area was super small. It was like being in a closet. It was extremely uncomfortable especially for plus size people. The comforter on the bed didnt fit right. It went from side to side with no overhang. Everytime I moved the comforter came off of me. Needless to say i was wake at 3:30am. The drinking cups were on a top shelf and being 5ft tall i couldnt reach them. I was going to go swimming but there were so many kids throwing basketballs atound with no supervision I didnt go. The fitness room had so many kids just hanging out yelling and being loud. On a good note the breakfast was awesome. I booked this place based on pictures on their website but the bathroom was a total surprise.

Very busy hotel when we stayed. Receptionist was kind of rude. We had a couple of issues in our room and when we tried to report them at the reception we got short,quick,unkind answers: Our sofa bed is not made? "We don't make the sofa beds" etc.

I had a great stay. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was also good. The hotel overall is in great condition and feels welcoming and modern. The only downside was the bed. It was very low to the ground, and the mattress was too soft and lacked support. Unfortunately, it made it very difficult to sleep, and I only managed to get about three hours of rest. If the beds were improved, this would be a perfect place to stay.
