"Provide bath mats and hand towels"

Location

No hand towels. Bath towels were only given after asking .People parked on Parthway to our rooms.We had to squeeze in to reach the room

Location... Staff were lovely

Leaking roof. Shower leaking. No wifi at the house. Not enough seating in the lounge room for us all to sit. Microwave doesn't have correct power point for it to be used.

"Employees were delightful and room service was great since I could not use the stairs much."

The friendly staff and clean cottage.

The air conditioning was only in the bedrooms making the main area uncomfortable in the heat. Also our particular cottage was at the top of very long sets of stairs and I am unable to handle stairs easily. Once we settled in I did not leave the cottage at all because of this. I have had several back surgeries so that contributed to the situation.
