The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the balcony as well. We had everything we needed.

The accommodation is outside of Regensburg, but accessible via bus. It was a bit challenging to get into the room to be honest, they have a special key. It was possible to buy breakfast, but it was expensive.

The staff was the most unhelpful and the location was awful. Please don’t get the hotel. It was so overpriced for the facilities. I asked the staff to get me tact for the next day they just refused. It was a mess to get there and back.

Very good place. Apartaments are good and large enough, with balkony and some of them have acces to a backyard garden.

When you are cooking a fish, it is good to have aspiration 😁. Laundry for extra fee would be perfect.

smoke free, bike garage, pleasant spacious room, good bed, clean; good location for bicyclists near the Danube bike trail, grocery stores nearby, hotel not on a busy street (no traffic noise).

Well, the automatic shades didn't allow me to sit in the sun on the balcony and made the room a bit dark--but of course, for the environment and pleasant sleeping, it's better to keep the room shaded and cool. If someone on an extended bike trip, however, would like to dry some clothes on their balcony, the shades prevent that.

Take care with breakfast reservations. Need to reserve one day in advance. If for any reason you can’t have breakfast it will be charged. If you don’t reserve, they will not serve breakfast. Reception desk is not occupied the afternoon, so no flexibility to alter reservations. Once I mentioned that to the personal, I had a very defensive reaction. They were raising the voice quickly at the edge of being verbally aggressive. Also, at check out they asked to be paid first, then they presented the bill. It should be the other way round. There is much room for improvement for the personnel to become customer minded. My tip if you cannot avoid booking in this hotel: there is a bakery/ cafe just round the corner of this hotel which offers better quality breakfast at lower price than in this hotel.
