Location couldn't have been better for my visit. The Olsen prints throughout were a joy. Had lunch in the Spoonbill and it was delicious. The room was a good size.

The mixed messages about concern for the environment. For example: the notice on the table in the room inviting the guest to forgo room cleaning was not prominent enough; I only noticed it on my last morning. Also, there was no recycling bin in the room or a communal bin on my floor. In regards to entertainment, I was surprised that Netflix was not provided free of charge to the guest nor the other apps.

The supposed 2 bedroom suite was just two interconnected rooms with bathroom facilities that were not accessible for a disabled person The staff were great in changing the booking to provide a an alternative...two separate rooms But not a proper solution as it meant my carer was not within easy access
