Uitstekend, goed onderhouden hotel. Alles ziet er netjes en schoon uit. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Eten is uitstekend en de buffetten worden goed bijgehouden zodat je nooit misgrijpt. Minpuntje: te weinig stoelen en bedjes op strand en bij de zwembaden.

Jedlo vynikajúce: pestré a kvalitné. Personál veľmi milý a ústretový. Všetky služby sú na veľmi dobrej úrovni. Dúfam, že sa tu ešte vrátime.

Jediný mínus - vstup do mora. Ale to sa nedá ovplyvniť. Kamene a skaly môžu skomplikovať vstup do mora ľuďom s problémami pohybového aparátu.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, the pools are nice. They even prepared baby food for us that our baby loved. The a la carte restaurants are very good.

Service could be better, the check in was very slow, at the end we didn't get the room that we booked and had to change. In the restaurant we had to wait for a long time to get a baby chair, water and coffee. The food in the main restaurant is good but it could be slightly better with more options and more varieties.

Very good buffet style breakfast

There are a la carte restaurants within the property which you can book through the reception everyone that we spoke to around the pool had been to the 4 restaurants however we were told the whole week we could not go to the a la carte as no availability, we finally got offered a table for 3 people when there was 6 of us, it is not right when everyone pays the same amount of money to stay there that some families get to go to all the al la carte and other families can not get into one, Our rooms where also messed up when we got there we requested 2 rooms close and one was in the main hotel the other was in the annexe, the reception staff where not very helpful and when you asked them anything they would sort of huff like you was annoying them, the beach bar staff where so nice and helpful, the tiled area around the pool is like a skating ring if you walk on it with wet feet i saw so many people go over even one man needed stiches after slipping on the tiles, the children's pool was dirty and the water was green for 3 days while we were there and from our room we could see the bottom of the pool that was filthy
