Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama

Lovely staff but an extremely dated hotel. The entrance and lobby area and main dining hall has no atmosphere and needs a major refurbishment. It’s a 3-4 star hotel at best. We had a lot of complaints when we first arrived like delayed check in, lack of pool towels, broken down water slides and even though the staff were apologetic it really dampened our stay. We have been to a few other Grecotels and this was by far the most disappointing.

The sea was wonderful. Transportation was very easy. The landscaping of the trees and greenery in the hotel's garden was very beautiful.

The variety of food was not very much. Especially the breakfasts were almost the same every day.there were too many pork products

We had a pleasant stay. The room was fine although beds are quite uncomfortable/soft. The food was ok although it would be preferred if there was more vegetarian options (especially on the beach bar). Pool - although beautiful on the photos, very dirty in reality so we didn’t even use it. The following staff made our stay memorable - Klevis, Despina, Martina, Panagiota!

Minutes gym equipment and a lot of it out of order. Also difficult to access al la carte dining options

- Check in should have been 3pm didn’t check in until 5pm after chasing - Back door wouldnt lock on arrival needed fixing - Woken up by cleaners as we have didnt have no distrub sign - Shower floods the bathroom - Table bookings made us wait 20 minutes to be seated. And we had ask again then when seated in the rose we had to ask for service after sitting there for 15 mins both had upset stomachs - No help with taxi managed to flag one down within 2min outside - Dirty cup outside our room since checking in - Broken tiles outside back door - Had to ask for a drink 5 times in Japanese restaurant to then be served the wrong drink - Still drinks don’t taste right - Menus not explained when seated in Japanese restaurants - Not enough sun beds

Budova hotela ako taká nevynikala ničím zaujímavým. Skôr naopak, potrebovala by nutne vnútornú rekonštrukciu. Avšak akonáhle ste vyšli z priestorov budovy, tak sa pred vami rozprestrel celkom slušný priestor bazénu a reštaurácie. Najväčšou výhodou hotela sú však samotní zamestnanci. Tí robili svoju prácu na 110% a beach bar bol toho len dôkazom. Obsluhu na pláži, priamo k lehátku sme zažili 1x a boli sme milo prekvapení. Jedlo v podstate nonstop a nápoje na velmi slušneh úrovni. Takže to čo žial hotel stráca vo svojom materiálnom vybavení akoby nahrádzal cestou služieb a hojnosti.

Zastaraný nábytok, v kúpelny zašlá špina, staré vodovodné batérie, olúpané kachličky. 2 staré výťahy, z toho 1 sa často kazil.. Danú sumu za 7 dní by som si pýtal až po celkovej vnútornej renovácii hotela.

Der Pool war extrem dreckig.. habe auch in diesen 6 Tagen nicht einmal gesehen, dass der Pool sauber gemacht wird..
