Qualité du petit dejeuner

Décevant par rapport à notre précédent séjour il y a 5 ans ! Bcp plus de moustique, impossible de dîner le soir, vétusté générale et spécialement des climatisations qui font tellement de bruit qu’il était presque impossible de dormir, un ballet de tracteurs sur la plage recouverte à 50% de sargasses, pas une seule baignade en une semaine c’est dommage !!! Notre fils a pu défaire sa valise qu’au 5eme jour sur 7 après avoir changé 2 fois de chambre … bref la liste n’est pas terminée mais la semaine a été gâchée !!!

"Resting on laurels of beautiful property & design"

The wonderfully wide beachfront property sprinkled with pools and organically designed rooms and cabins nestled in the jungle still steal the show. While the rooms smell a bit moldy, the front desk is not well trained or responsive, and the beach/restaurant employees focus more on talking with themselves than the guests, it’s a wonderful experience.

la qualité des petits déjeuner et la gentillesse des serveurs (ROGER en particulier)

Une réalité loin des images du site ! Le confort des chambres est très moyen, on a du changer de chambre une fois et mon fils 3 fois (il n'a pu défaire ses bagages qu'au 5ème jour sur 7 !!!) Trop de bruits de vibration des système de climatisation, Trop de moustiques par rapport à votre dernière vue il y a 6 ans (des fumigations quotidiennes permettaient d'aller diner le soir et de se balader tranquillement dans l'hotel, là ce n'est plus possible de diner le soir (une seule fumigation pendant notre semaine), le restaurant a fermé 3 jours dans nous l'avoir dit avant ... Il fallait aller à celui de l'hotel d'à côté... On n'a passé un séjour très moyen, pas vraiment content du rapport qualité prix et de la réaction parfois hautaine des responsables de l'hotel
