Great location. Room airy and comfortable.

No warning that breakfast ENDED at 9.30 but what happened next was worse. Stood in queue for food and staff came along and cleared everything away. This with at least 7 people still unfed. When challenged the lead staff member simply kept repeating breakfast ended at 9.30 not accepting that we had been there at 9.30 but her staff cleared it away from in front of us. Another guest eventually persuaded lead staff to provide breakfast for those affected so all was good in the end but it should NOT have come to a robust discussion to resolve.

room was very light so both woke early, shame there was not blackout blinds Car parking was very expensive shower pole (? part that the shower head attaches to the wall) was broken so detached itself making a very loud clatter at 3am

I was followed to the hotel by abusers I was trying to get away from them they got a bedroom right next to me me So I was disappointed and with some staff I was really Disappointed witb too
