"Would go back, but certainly wouldn’t travel as a family there as it’s not adequate enough for our needs"

Location for main attraction is perfect. Staff were friendly, very clean room

Booked a room for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 children ( 13 year old girl and her brother 16) one double bed and a pull out bed like a single size is all was offered. They said it’s suitable for two 13 year olds. Why accept the booking with correct ages added and not cater for that as agreed. Fire alarm went off around 11:45pm and was a false alarm disrupted our sleep as well as reception sending me a text at 10:20pm asking is everything okay, when sent my concerns again about the situation I had a reply have a good evening. Not impressed
