We have stayed a few times now. We are never disappointed. Staff are friendly and very helpful 🙂. I would recommend the hotel to my friends .

The only thing that was a bit worrying was that the bathroom on the second floor were dirty, but a lot of people arrived that afternoon, and they could not have 24-hour toilet attention .

Central location and friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean.

Fitness room equipment not working (one of two treadmills); noisy air conditioning in the room that had to turn off. Was reported and reassured looked at and would quieten after 10 minutes but was still noisy. Limited selection of food particularly vegetarian on bar menu - a little more effort would improve a lot (vegetarian burger for example or vegetarian pizza rather than just cheese) No fridge in room would have been handy
