Awesome and the staffs where really nice and welcoming. Rooms where up to standard and did really enjoy my stay at the hotel

The management couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, both on arrival, during breakfast and on departure. The only point that I don't wish to mention but feel important to draw attention to the management, is that (in my own room at least) the bathroom window was locked-shut and the extractor fan for humdity was not sufficient. Likely as a direct result, there was significant mould present on the wall above inside window. The smell of this was very apparent both in the bathroom and to a lesser extent in the main bedroom itself. Solving this problem by making the window open and/or installing a more powerful extractor unit would would eliminate the health hazzard which this kind of mould is known to present.

overnight stay,was fine for our requirements.Friendly staff cmfortable bed,large room,pretty basic but plenty of hot water,and the hotel was central.

Amazing location. Dated rooms and decor but it provided a nice, quiet place to sleep for a great price.

Extremely friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay can't understand why people moan about this hotel it is our favorite in this area. We have stayed here three times and have never had a problem. Syeed made us very welcome and even remembered us from our last visit year ago, he is a real asset to the Hotel room was clean and comfortable with good view of the square

Cheap and cheerful, clean, friendly helpful staff, centrally located the only fault I had was no bar but plenty of pubs around so not a big problem

I returned to this hotel after staying elsewhere for a while. No improvement and still variable. I was unfortunate to be given a room with an inbuilt nicotine smell, it must be in the carpets as the bed and curtains did not smell. The TV was not working and the shower attachment was broken and water pressure so low, I was so relieved to be home to have a proper shower. What else can you expect for less than 30 euro? The guys on the desk are at least very friendly but they don't have to stay in the rooms!

Arrived to find the doorway full of mail and the hotel closed. It obviously has been closed for some time yet our booking was accepted and my card debited!

This was booked for an overnight stay on a wine shopping trip, the hotel is situated in a great location in the main square in Calais, but that is the only good thing about it.Check in was a joke, there was no one around when we arrived at 6.30pm and I had to ring the hotel whilst in reception to get someone to arrive at the reception desk. It is badly in need of renovation, the photos are a complete misrepresentation, there is no bar as it was all closed up, the decor throughout was very poor including my room.The handle came off the bathroom door when I went to shut it.The bed linen however was clean, we did not book breakfast so I cannot comment on that, this was more like a hostel than a hotel.
