Pleasant guest house with perfect location and hospitable staff. Very personal and warm experience.

Lovely stay. Yuliana was extremely helpful in the weeks leading up to our stay, as we had several questions for her. She was very gracious. Nice hotel, good location. Would recommend it.

Overall the place was really good ,clean and spacious. The one issue I have was expedia indicated the checkin time was 6am , I arrived at 830am and the staff indicated the checking was 230 pm .I showed then the confirmation but they said it was wrong .this was very disappointing as I arrive from a long train ride.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is one person on staff at all times, and this is the same person who will make you breakfast. Breakfast generally consisted of eggs, with toast and sausages, juice and cereal. They spoke decent English. The location is excellent, across the street from the Hermitage. The room was quiet. My only complaint is that the shower drained a bit slowly but it was clean and the water was hot.

Lovely staff, sparklingly clean hotel in an incredibly convenient location, right across the street from the Hermitage and Palace Square. I am a repeat visitor. Great value for the money.

We chose this B+B because it included access to a kitchen, which we needed to prepare food for our baby. The staff -- Tatiana and Yulianna -- are lovely and helped us constantly. It is a simple place, but very clean and secure, in a fantastic location right across the street from Palace Square and the Hermitage. I would highly recommend this hotel and, in fact, we have already made a reservation to return this summer.
