Really nice accommodation. Value for money, comfortable and great location

This was a comfortable stay. It's older but clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were the firmest we had throughout our trip. It was a very easy, pleasant and short walk to the tourist centre of Queenstown.

Would've appreciated a shower curtain so the bathroom floor doesn't get so wet during showers. The on-site parking is not just limited, it's VERY tight. We found free street parking nearby with help from the staff, but there wasn't a lot of availability.

Location, clean and helpful staff

Very clean and tidy. Location was good 5 min walk to cntre of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good communication. Would defiantly stay again. Parking was good limited spaces but there was a bay available every day we were there.

The photos were not 100% as the trees blocked the lake veiw but this was not an issue for us.

The Location, which is within walking distance to the town center and the garden. Breakfast available. Laundry available. Parking space are there under the hotel. The room are nice, and clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Office open 07:00-19:00, don’t be late.

Well equipped and well decorated. Best of all we were about 5 minutes pleasant walk to the centre of Queenstown where you are spoilt for choice with all the drinking and dining options you could wish for. Queenstown is vibrant and we enjoyed our stay and would use this venue again.

The continental breakfast was poor with mostly tinned fruit and the coffee machine produced repugnant dishwater - not good for NZ$30 for a couple - we would have been better going in to town.

Wir hatten das 2-Zimmerappartment. Sehr angenehm. Alles vorhanden. Alles funktioniert. Mit eigener Waschmaschine und eigenem Trockner. Sehr schöne Grösse der Wohnung.

Kein Lift. Nicht genügend Parkplätze für Hausgäste.
