If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be canceled and no refund given. Only registered guests are permitted in the lodge after 22:00. Any type of extra bed and cot is provided upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. A deposit may be required at the property.

The location of the property was excellent, 5 minutes to downtown, major sites, bus stations, restaurants, groceries, etc. Room was meticulously clean, spacious and the entire staff friendly and courteous.

This was a comfortable stay. It's older but clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were the firmest we had throughout our trip. It was a very easy, pleasant and short walk to the tourist centre of Queenstown.

Would've appreciated a shower curtain so the bathroom floor doesn't get so wet during showers. The on-site parking is not just limited, it's VERY tight. We found free street parking nearby with help from the staff, but there wasn't a lot of availability.
