Som alltid (har bott här flera gånger tidigare) mycket trevligt välkomnande i receptionen och fin service i restaurangen. Och en natts god sömn på väg vidare söderut.

Hotelroom was nice and modern, however we had no hot water from the shower and it made a very annoying noise all day and night. We asked the hotel staff for other room options, but received none. A hotel manager checked the shower and told us that we would receive a discount on the hotel price. None of that happened. Other than that, Verviers is absolutely horrible and looks like a ghosttown. Unfriendly people, we didn't feel safe when walking outside in the evening and a lot of buidings look like ruins. Sad.

Zimmer, Service, Restaurant, Angebot und Lage bestens. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das sehr übersichtliche Angebot an verschiedenem Käse beim Frühstücksbüffet, Belgien kann da mehr!
