Hotel was very good. Staff was great. Restaurant was excellent. Location was centrally located for trips with Wallonia

Safe parking at the hotel (for circuit Spa guests a huge plus when traveling in own sportscar). Always great food, bar and breakfast options. Pool and fitness score is high and staff very friendly. A comfort room in duplex style provide more space and happiness :) See you soon again!

Knapp 3 Monate vor der Buchung bat ich um Stornierung trotz nicht stornierbarem Tarif. Das Hotel hat 2 Monate gebraucht eine Antwort zu schicken um zu sagen dass es nicht geht, auch nicht teilweise. Ruf dann am Check-in Tag an um zu fragen wo ich bliebe. Ich weise erneut auf die Korrespondenz hin, man ist "very sorry" dass man so lange gebraucht hat für eine Antwort, verweist gleichzeitig darauf dass man sehr stark ausgebucht sei in dieser Zeit (24h Rennen Spa) Mit anderen Worten hätte man zum Storno Zeitpunkt (knapp 3 Monate vor dem Buchungstag) problemlos das Zimmer erneut vermieten können hätte man nur WOLLEN. Dazu 2 Monate Zeit nehmen für eine Antwort ist nicht akzeptabel. Unabhängig vom Tarif hätte man hier kulant sein können.

For the price I paid for my room, I expected a LOT more. I travel a lot and very often around Europe and the USA and this hotel is one of the worst value for money hotels I have had the misfortune to experience - you are charging PREMIUM prices for dark, miserable rooms where I even had to cliimb upstairs to go to bed. The bed was on a mezzanine where I had to stoop to avoid banging my head on the ceiling as I am a tall man and the polished wooden stairs made me feel very anxious that I would slip going down them especially in the middle of the night. The coffee cups were damaged (chipped) and you have the AUDACITY to offer cheap recycled toilet paper in a a dispenser that I have only seen in the cheapest BUDGET hotels!!! Not even a roll of toilet paper!! Cheap single sheets from a plastic holder!!! And you charge €184 per night for THIS?? It is ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. I am not happy AT ALL with paying such a high price for an overnight stay . You should be charging HALF the room rate. Unfortunately I had no time to ask for a better room or a refund as I had an evening engagement in Verviers but I will not be staying in your hotel again. Whilst the woman on the checkout desk was apologetic and offered me contact details for your customer care team for a future stay in one of your hotels in the region, this is not going to happen as it will be at least a year before I return to Verviers/Spa and I would have preferred a partial refund instead. I most certainly will not recommend your hotel based on this experience. A refund of at least 1/3 of the price of my stay would be helpful but I suspect that is not going to happen.

Hôtel toujours aussi sympa, dommage qu’on doit attendre des heures pour être servis au bar/restaurant. Personnel sympa mais service bien trop lent.

Mooi hotel voorzien van alle comfort. Grote parking. Goed restaurant. Zeer vriendelijke bediening.

Bon point : le petit-déjeuner. Pour le reste, vraiment déçu par le service proposé au regard du prix ! J’avais réservé une chambre double et ai eu le droit à une twin sans excuse ni même explications. Porte de la douche probablement cassée (ou mal pensée car on inonde le sol en prenant sa douche). Droit à une seule douche pour une seule personne (1 seul gel douche disposé dans la chambre) et serviettes de toilette de taille ridicule. Prises peu pratiques pour travailler dans la chambre. Un verre avait été cassé devant ma porte de chambre dans le couloir avant que je descende au petit déjeuner, les morceaux sont restés pendant au moins 30 à 45 minutes dans le couloir. Bref, pas la meilleure expérience en matière d’hôtellerie.

We were going to a concert in Verviers and this was the perfect place to spend a comfortable night.
