The location, the Pho food place that's at the location. Staff is very helpful and responsive.

Finding hair in the bathtub, water was cold.until staff fixed it. The washing towels had dye coming out of them.

It was very comfortable and cozy. It was a last minute booking but the staff was very attentive.

The shower was not working and also very dirty. It was covered with white spots all around and it seemed like it hasn’t been working for a long time. Did text and call the owner about it but there was no one answering. No one was at the office either.

NOTHING the place was filthy with mold on the based board on the walls and the sheets had stains and the mattress cover also has stains. The towels were red, so you cant really tell if they have stain or not. Then they were lying that we were smoking in the room, which is a lie as we don't smoke. We were in the room literally 10 minutes before we started to see all the dirty room out it was not good to stay there Will NEVER EVER Recommend this place.

Laid back easy place to stay, location is great, short distance to everything Big Bear has to offer. Never even saw an employee, they text me the door codes and we were good to go. My favorite part was the single "What's going on in Big Bear this week" type of magazine was from 2023. My kinda place.
