Los Altos Resort

Amazing staff! Service is incredible. We booked the 2 story with plunge pool. Felt like we were in middle of rain forest and the views are magical. Woken up by howlers are just wild!!

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with some of the best service we’ve ever had traveling in five star hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel which is near the national park where you can take guided tours of the forest with all the animals and other exotic plants, etc. But the hotel was superior. We had a townhome that was two floors with floor to ceiling glass windows so you could see the gorgeous ocean and surrounding forest that lines the coast of Costa Rica. We had a Butler 24 hours. They took care of our every need. You could call them at the 11th hour and they will provide whatever service you need. And the friendliness of these individuals at this hotel was outstanding. It made our trip extremely memorable! I’m not sure what the hotel is rated, but it should be a five star plus. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re coming to Costa Rica.

Had a great experience - especially due to my Hilton Honors membership and opportunity to use free night awards. From the initial entry at the gate the staff was incredible and attentive to everything we needed or wanted. The breakfast yummy and morning staff very pleasant. Room with our own pool and that amazing view was memorable. Having a nice pool and deck space is key since the beaches nearby are rocky and not what I may have expected compared to other beach vacations. They made us feel special!

We loved our experience with Los Altos! All of the staff were so wonderful and accommodating! Truly wonderful hospitality here and we would love to return in the future!

We stayed at the private villa for a few days for honeymoon 🩵. It was a truly magical sluice of paradise. They went about and beyond to cultivate special time for us. The spa was beautiful for our couples massage. The products they had available were great quality. Sebastián was our concierge and he was very helpful and provided exceptional hospitality. Our visit wasnt long enough! Highly recommend!

Stayed in the Townhouse suite and it was absolutely amazing! So comfy and beautiful and they restocked snacks and water for me daily. The food at the resort was so good and I felt very taken care of and safe here. They even decorated the place for my husbands birthday! 10/10 service. The butlers went above and beyond.

Our family just completed 4 nights during the 2nd half of our trip to Costa Rica. You will be amazed by the views as soon as you walk into your room. The lush forest opens up to a breathtaking view of the Pacific. The front staff was very attentive, seamless check in and easy to connect on WhatsApp. The pool experience is top notch with luxurious cabanas, plush recliners and attentive staff such as Estefani and Nazareth. You should take advantage of the ride down to their private beach. We enjoyed swimming into the powerful surf and looking back to the dense green canopy. At the beach is such an excellent staff member named Rolbin. He was so kind, personable and took the time to point out a sloth and howler monkeys that were nearby. He also showed us the safest place to swim because the beach has rocky areas. We did not have dinner on resort, but the breakfast experience is what you would expect from a high end resort. Francisco was wonderful at making omelets, pancakes or french toast. Honestly everyone on resort had such a great attitude and customer service is a high priority. Britany worked tirelessly at their pastry shop of which our family enjoyed some sweets most nights. The resort is close to excellent dining options such as Emilio's cafe, Samui Thai food, Cafe Milagro and La Papillon. Overall I highly recommend Los Altos for a future stay in Costa Rica

What a beautiful resort and location! The staff was so helpful and supportive. The accommodations are everything you expect. The icing on trip was watching monkeys and sloths sitting by the pool. Highly recommended!

Wow just wow! Gorgeous resort with beautiful condo-like rooms and stunning amenities! The staff were simply incredible and extremely responsive. Wished we’d spent our entire time in Costs Rica here!!
