Great hotel in New Friends Colony. Clean property, rooms, courteous/excellent staff/service. Would definitely stay here again. Would ask hotel to improve their internet access, which dropped very often.

"Pathetic "

Stay was pathetic… there’s a railway track behind the hotel and every 20-30 mins you could feel the vibration in the room. The room was so-so… no character. The in-room dining was horrendous. The tool an hour to deliver the food and it was cold. For the price the Hotel is definitely not worth it.

"No repeat value"

The breakfast was very good, but the service and the setting of the cafe was way below expectations

The room lighting was very limited, no full view mirrors or tissues, no elevators and opposite rooms visible and they could see into our room from the windows. Not easily accessible in the night as the colony gates shut and its a much longer drive around, which the staff didnt see the need to inform before hand.

"ok place, but better value elsewhere and better location elsewhere"

very fine food creative. personnel extremely helpful and friendly one cannot walk around anywhere in polluted Delhi

some broken or misplaced hardware for example, there is a bar on the outside of the shower door but none on the inside which means the person taking a shower has to reach the top of the glass door to pull it inside in order to get out of the shower. Wi-fi operated off and on

"Ripoff for the price. Avoid."

Facilities are missing! There was no breakfast offered. False advertising. The food in the adjoining restaurant is overpriced. There is no proximal easy dining available, hence the price gouging. For the price, one expects toiletries, an iron, and various small things. These are things you don't notice when it's there, but when it's missing, you feel ripped off. It's more like a glorified AirBnB.
