Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites du début à la fin. Tout était irréprochable : la propreté de l’hôtel, l’hygiène des restaurants et des espaces communs, ainsi que la qualité du service. Les restaurants à la carte étaient tout simplement topissimes, avec des plats délicieux et un excellent choix. La nourriture était variée, fraîche et de très bonne qualité chaque jour. Un immense merci à tout le personnel, toujours souriant, attentionné, d’une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins pour les clients. Leur professionnalisme a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également parfait, idéal pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation et recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % !

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort. We travelled with our baby and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable, and their hospitality was outstanding throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much to ask for – every request was handled quickly, professionally, and always with a smile. The food was one of the highlights of our holiday. There was an incredible variety at every meal, with fresh, delicious options to suit every taste. We looked forward to each breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and were impressed by both the quality and presentation of the food. We also loved spending our days at the beautiful beach and pool areas. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing, while the pools were well maintained and offered plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, giving us more than enough room to relax as a family with our baby. You can snorkel next door at the sister hotel for free. Overall, this was truly a 10/10 experience. The combination of excellent service, amazing food, beautiful facilities, and genuine care from the staff made this one of the best family holidays we've ever had. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Hurghada.

To find a good service for excursions like boat rides, we struggled to find enough options and enough info in proper English.

Everything was flawless , the staff were extremely helpful specially Bahy from the reception , the rooms were spotless , the variety and taste of food was great
