The hotel and its facilities are excellent. There are several different restaurants inside, and the food at all of them is very delicious. The buffet meals are also fantastic. The bars and drinks are great as well. The cleanliness of the entire property is outstanding, and the pool is spotless. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. 1.Еда. Очень качественная еда. Персонал в ресторане замечательный. НО! Есть очень большой минус, с детьми не удобно, так как ты не можешь сам себе сделать чай и кофе, все нужно просить что бы принесли и ждать. Это очень напрягает, потому что времени уходит слишком много впустую. 2.Расположение номера понравилось. 3.При заселении подарили бутылку вина, но какое оно по вкусу не скажу, не пили. 4. Девушка Карина, которая во всем помогала, просто золото.

Ооо.... Здесь можно долго писать. Номер старый ужасный, грязный, мусорка в туалете не закрывалась и была грязной, абсолютно по всему периметру номера грязный плинтус, грязная станция для чая и кофе, ручка двери на террасу грязная ужасно, сейф был изнутри замотан какой-то изолентой, батарейки видны были. Уборка номера так себе, хотя мы всегда оставляли по 2$ чаевых, каждый день. Вопрос с мытьём плинтусов поднимался, но это мало помогло. Было ОЧЕНЬ МАЛО света в комнате, просто темнота. Я накрасить ресницы нормально не могла, ничего не видно было. Але и зеркало есть для этого и столик, но ничего не видно, просто ужас! Это самый худший номер из всех отелей в которых я жила в Египте, а я всегда живу в пятерках и не самых дешёвых . Ничего из полотенец не крутят, это как-то странно. Отель я оцениваю на слабую 4, а номер на 1.
