Amazing resort with lots of space, good food and great customer service (especially Manar from the reception).

Coffee could be better during breakfast.

Uitstekende keuken, veel variatie, niet ziek geworden, Turks en Indisch restaurant zijn top! Zowel douchezeep, shampoo als conditioner én bodymilk in de badkamer.

Bar aan het zwembad gaat vroeg dicht. Animatieteam was enthousiast, maar had slechte leiding. Activiteiten vielen vaak in het water door weinig planning, slechte muziek.

Otelin olanakları, denizin ve plajın temiz olması, yemek ve kahvaltı çeşitliliği, çalışanlar ve özellikle bizimle tüm tatilimiz boyunca ilgilenen Mina.

Tout était parfait, chambres spacieuses, literie au top, très propre. Le complexe est immense et complet !

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The food throughout the holiday was excellent — plenty of variety, high quality, and every meal felt well prepared. The pool area was also fantastic; always clean, relaxing, and a great atmosphere throughout the day. What really made the holiday stand out though was the staff. Every member of staff we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. The service felt very personal and thoughtful. A special mention has to go to Mohamed, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was proactive, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead — arranging things for us without even needing to ask and making sure everything was perfect. He genuinely made the experience even better. The drinks were great and service around the pool was very quick, with staff regularly coming over to take orders so you never had to wait long. Overall, an incredible holiday and a resort we would absolutely return to. Highly recommended.

I think the rooms could use a small refurbish - mainly the bathrooms. The shower head could be replaced and the sinks (mind in particular) were a little temperamental.

Gastfreundschaft von Personal Ausstattung und Sauberkeit Ich war schon in Deutschland, Griechenland, Spanien, Italien und Frankreich gewsen. (Dort findet man sich nicht als Kunde, die Leute sind hochnäsig besonderes in Deutschland und Frankreich, die Gastfreundschaft nicht in deren Kultur Plus mehrfach teuer) Meine Meinung nach ist ein besonderes Erlebnis für mich

Ich weiß wirklich nicht, was ich hier schreiben soll. Alles war wirklich Perfekt. Vielleicht ein Taxifahrt vom Hotel zum Flughafen kostet 25€ (das fand ich extrem) ich habe sowie so Uber genutzt.
