Everything was exceptional! The food was amazing with a great variety to choose from. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—especially Mohamed at reception. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

This was my 4th stay within 2 years, and it did not disappoint. The stay was fantastic with its beautiful relaxing beaches, clean and heated pools, so much food and drinks everywhere and anytime. The room was super clean, and the staff was very welcoming, kind, and supportive. The restaurants are incredible, and Mangal has the best BBQ ever!! I'd definitely come back again and again.

The animation this time was not good at all. My daughter enjoyed it a lot more in the 3 previous visits. This time the animation team was not engaging with kids, no good shows, kids disco was supposed to be the main show for kids, some days there was no show, some other was only 15min instead of 30min. We took our daughter to kids club and the team never spoke with her and it feels they are forced to work there which isn't good. I hope the management does something about it immediately.

Das Essen ist excellent. Die a la cart Restaurants sind vielzählig und absolut zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß, man kann alles fussläufig erreichen. Das Personal ist grösstenteils sehr freundlich. Der Strandabschnitt und die Sonnenliegen-Plätze sind wunderschön. Hier kann man ein paar ruhige Tage verbringen. Auch das Management bemüht sich immer wieder um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste und versucht alles mögliche zu tun, damit der Gast sich wohl fühlt. Wir kommen wieder!

Cet établissement offre une excellente expérience globale. La restauration est de grande qualité, avec des plats savoureux et variés. La suite est spacieuse, confortable et bien aménagée, idéale pour un séjour en famille. La plage est bien entretenue et agréable. Enfin, le personnel se distingue par son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et son sens du service, toujours à l’écoute des clients.

L’animation destinée aux enfants pourrait être davantage développée et diversifiée afin de mieux répondre à leurs attentes. Par ailleurs, l’équipe d’animation gagnerait à être plus proche de la clientèle, en allant davantage à la rencontre des clients et en favorisant une ambiance conviviale. Une meilleure interaction entre les animateurs et les vacanciers permettrait de créer une atmosphère plus dynamique et engageante.
