"Lovely hotel , no evening programme for children whatsoever. It made the holiday a bit tedious in the evenings."

Very modern , excellent location to resort centre , great drink selection. Very friendly staff

There was absolutely no animation team for the evenings , the shows were repeated and were aimed at the adults only , the side sea view room was unavailable for 2 days which didn’t start the holiday well .

Staff and service make this hotel 5 star! Rooms are a little dated but the food and drinks make up for that. The staff can’t do enough for you and try their upmost to make your holiday one of the best.

Einfach alles !!! Alles war ausgesprochen sauber und das Personal war sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl am Buffet war sehr gross. Die a la Cart Restaurants waren sehr gemütlich und das Essen war sehr gut.

Die Zimmer sind vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sonst ist die Anlage Top.

A hotel mindennel is felszerelt. Medence, tengerpart egy helyen és a rengeteg szórakozást nyújtó Faliraki is rövid sétával elérhető. Az ételek nagyon változatosak, minden este egy-egy nemzet ételeit lehetett megkóstolni. Volt görög, olasz, ázsiai, mexikói tematika. Ha ez nem lett volna elég, 3x lehet az a’lacart étteremben is foglalni, ahol szintén kiváló volt az étel. A délutáni kemencében sült pozza fantasztikus. A személyzet kifejezetten kedves, mindent megtesznek a vendégek kényelméét és molyosognak😎 A tenger kellemes, a part homokos. A parton rengeteg szórakozási lehetőség van: jet-ski, parasailing, motorcsónak, stb. Szivből ajánlom a Peret’s Aqua Sport Clubot, amit egy nagyon kedves család üzemeltet.

Bár az van kiírva hogy nem szabad napágyat foglalni, sajnos mindenki megteszi. Reggel 7.30-kor lehetett szabad napágyat találni, ha később mentünk már mind foglalt volt. Nekem az ágy kényelmetlen volt.

Super Lage, super a la carte Restaurants im Hotel, super Hotelstrand, super Poolanlage und super Personal! War perfekt für einen Gruppenurlaub mit Spaß und ein wenig Erholung!

Besseres Buffet. Etwas kühleres Poolwasser.

Wie immer Klasse. Insbesondere die Leistung einiger Mitarbeiter wie z.B. Nikos 1 vom Strand, Nikos 2 vom Concierge (Koffer und Empfang), Dimitris vom Buffet, Natalia von der Hauptbar. Mitarbeiter des Monats ist Alex von der Poolbar, niemand geht so auf die wünsche der Gäste ein und kann so gut Cocktails und Getränke mixen

The Mitsis Faliraki is a beautiful hotel with exceptionally helpful staff, reception were a great support when husband was unwell. Buffet dining is excellent with some really superb show cooking of Greek and Turkish dishes. Sun loungers are plenty with lots of options - several pools, garden and beach and all the loungers are cushioned! Although the hotel was busy there were no queues for the bars in the evening as both the main bar and pool bar serve the entertainment area and also served by waiting staff. Walking distance to the main Faliraki area but didn’t feel you were too close, the double glazed balcony doors kept any noise out! All in all a wonderful hotel and highly recommended.
