Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Der Strand ist gepflegt. Es gibt auch eine menge Essensvariationen in den Restaurants. Wir haben auch die kostenpflichtigen Spadienstleistungen genutzt,die ich ebenfalls empfehle! Die Lage ist direkt in Faliraki Stadt wo man auch shoppen gehen kann.

Everything was amazing. The staff is very friendly and kind, especially Lela and Anna. The food and the facilities are great. It was a perfect vacation

Nothing

On arrival we were greeted and informed that they already pre-booked restaurants for us. I didn't really appreciate this as I would prefer to choose myself, timings provided were too early for us. We booked a room with a shared pool and these rooms are on completly other side of all facilities, you reach them by walking through a dark corridor. There is no privacy. We had to keep our curtins closed all the time, and room was very dark. Room had a strange smell and old stains on the bed frame and mirror. Air conditioning was terrible, always too cold. We had to ask for extra blankets. Without it, it was just to stuffy in the room. There was basically no service at the shared pool area, so we had to keep walking to the other side of the hotel for refreshments. Food at the main restaurant was terrible, and there were queues constantly. There was also no activities organised during the day and for teens nothing was offered at all. We didn't use main pools, but it always looked busy around it. The beach was not that nice either, the sunbeds were free but dirty and with dirty ashtrays attached. Also only cold showers were available at the beach. On the last day staff didn't help us with our luggage although our area was far from the entrance and a lot of stairs. Also when we asked to check the AC, somebody came who couldn't help and then nothing more happened. We were also woken up several times by neighbours coming home from parties in the late hours. All together really not a good experience in this hotel, specially for the price.

La chambre très petite le lit fallait dormir au bord du lit pour pouvoir bien dormir .on voyais même le tissus du lit pendre par terre pour un 5 étoiles c est honteux la toilette collé à la baignoire . Les essuies n ont pas été changé une seule fois en 7 jours ils les repliaient. Le personnel des restaurants une cata . Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel . La nourriture toujours la même chose au buffet .

La nourriture et les boissons en machine et non en bouteille. La chambre vieillissante et le personnel à la réception.

אהבנו את החדרים, הבריכות, החוף הפרטי, את הזמינות של הצוות, את רמת השירות הגבוהה. הקבלה, המלצרים, החדרניות, כולם יצאו מגדרם לעזור ולסייע. את זה שבכל רגע נתון מזון ושתיה זמינים ומוגשים.

האוכל בחדר האוכל המרכזי טעון שיפור. בעיקר בנושא מנות הבשר והדגים. ארוחות בוקר עשירות, מאוד, מגוונות ומספקות. הערה מתייחסת לארוחת הצהריים והערב. הפיצות שמוגשות כל יום טובות מאוד, הקרפים טובים, רוב המסעדות במתחם טובות. המשקעות והקוקטלים טובים מאוד. הכל בשפע, אבל האוכל בחדר יכול להיות יותר טוב
