Royal Inn

Bugs and dirty! Not a great choice! They are working to improve this but the transients outside were also a deterrent!

This hotel I searched on Expedia. I am not sure if Expedia has done any due diligence before selling royal inn rooms on their website. Attached photos of the room we were given . 1000s of cockroaches . The property is like a junk yard wherein exhaust fan in restroom makes noice of a helicopter. Don't think they ever wash towels they provide and such a stinky and shabby place to stay. Never recommended. No staff for cleaning . Office receptionist is responsible for all and hence he/she doesn't bother before handing over the keys of room is clean or not

There was bugs on our room, location was bad and service non existent

Very nasty cockroaches druggies living there they even sell out your room when you're not even checked in yet when you paid for it Manager ladies nice but they played it off like you didn't go over there and check in when it was the same person

The place is dirty has roaches it was the most getto hotel I e been in and they don't clean your room only when u check out

I could not stay there. Unlivable conditions. Dead and live roaches everywhere. Half the building was on a fire.....this place shouldn't be open

Place has a bad odder!! Not to mention one of the mattresses had bed bugs. They also had a few roches.

quiet hotel; TV cable and frig worked; staff friendly; nice restaurant nearby; went to bed early so did not notice the cockroaches (lots!) until morning; shower curtain filthy and torn in several places; shower/tub floor was slippery as though there was baby oil on it; bedroom curtains covered most of window, except where the uneven hem was too short; holes in bedroom curtains; shower head so low had to duck to rinse hair despite being short; drywall above shower head falling out; no hot water (only warm) no matter how long it ran; water was backing up in tub by the time finished shower (drain not working properly);

I needed a hotel and this one was convenient to where I needed to be

very friendly staff. quiet hotel, very happy
