It’s fine for a duck hunting trip

Not bad, just need remodel a little bit.

Location is excellent. The weather was way better this year for duck hunting. The bed was comfortable especially after hunting all day and getting up early everyday.

No fan in the bathroom, ac/heat unit is loud and inconsistent, door would not shut unless you slammed it, TV programming was poor and difficult to navigate. The restaurant had an all you can eat ribs on Friday night and are whole hunting party ordered ribs and drinks. BUT only five got served and one was forgotten until the waitress asked if anybody wanted more ribs, so she went to get the one forgotten meal but was informed the kitchen was out of ribs. SO the five who ordered all you can eat ribs (mind you the first helping was 4 ribs only) never got more ribs and the left out diner had to order something else. Sadly all of us were charged full price for the all you can eat ribs and there was no apology or any concern about the situation. Because of this and the substandard breakfast the following morning we did not spend another dollar at the SunLac dining facilities and never will again because we will not be staying there anymore after almost 20 years of staying there.

Price was decent Not very clean and the owner is not friendly at all.

The bathroom had no ventilation. The beds were advertised as queens but were more like full. It was hard but I’ve slept on harder. It was only for one night so it was better than sleeping in the car.

The "P" trap under the sink in the bathroom was broken and allowed the sink to drain onto the floor. The beds were twins, not queens, and the bathtub constantly drips.

We made our reservation thru expedia and when we checked in and went to our room, someone was in it! We went back to the front desk and told the guy working. He went and checked to rooms and they were not clean. He went to check on a 3rd room and then said it was ok. We opened the door and it was obvious that it was not cleaned. He just pulled the bed spreads back up. The sheets were not changed, we garbages were not emptied and the bathroom was not clean. We left and did not go back. Money lost. We were not staying there! Shame on them.
