Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa/Tulsa Hills

Marco and the entire staff are wonderful. And the new remodel is beautiful. I love the location and the staff. Five stars all the way. It’s the only place I will stay in Tulsa.

the pillows made of feather/down is very very comfortable and makes you relaxed! The beddings smells fresh and nice feel to the skin.

My friend and I stayed here because it was located close to where we wanted to do some shopping we shopped at the Tulsa Hills area and then it was a quick drive to jenks, ok. to shop at the premium outlets and the Hampton Inn never disappoints. I love their bedding. The staff is always so friendly. They had warm cookies upon our arrival and also little packages for your dogs of dog treats. The only thing we found was a little strange and it may have been a glitch was we were channel surfing and just on a regular TV channel there was porn thank goodness we had no teenagers or kids with us and I should’ve addressed it to the staff because I really do think something happened. That’s normally not what you see at a Hampton Inn

They were doing construction on the facility so the workout room was closed, we had little hot water

The hotel is under construction and we had to forewarning of this. Even being on the 2nd floor we can hear construction workers in the lobby area. The hotel did not appear overly busy however we were in a room next to someone else and could hear them snoring during the night.

Property is in complete disrepair! Flooring torn out in lobby and breakfast room and elevator area and down halls on first floor. The room had been renovated and was ok but getting to the room was a problem and should have been disclosed so we could select a different hotel. They wouldn’t give a credit because we had booked on Expedia. Very disappointed. Hotels should disclose!!!
