Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa/Tulsa Hills

The room was clean, quite spacious and in great condition. The bathroom was equipped with extra towels and all necessary toiletries were available. The continental breakfast offfered a fair amount of options.

I stayed at the hotel for one night, and overall, it was n't too bad. The room was clean and quite spacious, comfortably fitting two queen beds and a desk. However, there were a few issues. The lighting was poor, with not enough light fixtures. The faucet pressure too high, while the toilet flush was not working properly. The telephone in the room did not work, so I could not contact the helpdesk. Additionally, aside from plastic coffee cups, there was no glassware available for drinking water. For the price I paid, I'm sure there are better hotel options in the area.

When we arrived we was notified of liw water pressure and hot water was not consistant. Was told that managers in morning would be able to give us a small refund due to issues. When got to room and ready for a shower the shower did not work. Called from desk and was told maintenence was not available that it would be in the a.m. to look at issue. When we checked out notified them of issues and was told since we booked through expedia. They could not help us in any way. So not being able to shower was a big negative and not being taken care of afterwards is just wrong.

Shower didn’t work well. No microwave in room

Stay was wonderful, bed was very comfy. Only problem was the entire building has horrible water pressure. I had to take a cold shower bc as soon as you turned on the hot water, it would only drip.

I didn't like the breakfast food was not stocked well. They had eggs but ran out of sausage. I feel the money I paid for the room they should have enough food for the whole 4 hours they are open. Maybe have bacon if they don't have enough sausages.

We stayed here for a conference. Everything was fine. Didn't deal with staff but room was clean.
