The bed was hard to the point of being uncomfortable, never have had this problem at this location. The shower head couldn't be adjusted. The in room coffee was awful, apparently they have changed brands.

The staff were nice and the hotel was clean.

We weeds on the 3rd floor And the elevator button did not work on that floor therefore, we had to call the operator each time to send it up from the 1st floor. Also the air in our room did not with too well as it got very hot at night. The breakfast was “ok”. They ran out of waffle batter and the orange juice tasted watered down.

"Nice, clean, spacious!"

The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly, the free breakfast delicious, and the room/beds comfortable. I gave the comfort rating a 3/5 stars because the lobby and rooms themselves were a comfortable temperature, the hallways, elevator, and restrooms off the lobby were humid and extremely hot, like you were walking the halls of Hades!
