We had a truly lovely stay at Da Vinci Hotel in Montecatini Terme. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and very well located—quiet, yet just a short walk from the town centre and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall atmosphere very relaxing. What really made our stay special was the exceptional service at reception, especially from Paola. She was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a positive difference to a stay. Thanks to Paola and the rest of the team, we felt very comfortable throughout our visit and would happily return. We would highly recommend Da Vinci Hotel to anyone visiting Montecatini Terme.
