Beautiful grounds, staff were always smiling and happy to help. They also made a real effort to allow us to celebrate a few special occasions!

What a beautiful place to spend a week relaxing. Great staff who cared. The cleanliness was high the facilities and various dining areas gave great variety and high standards. Would definitely go back.

All the staff were wonderful ,willing to go the extra mile with a smile . To be honest, as was the last week of the season, I thought after a long busy summer , understandably so , the staff might be on operation wind down - not so , you would think it was the beginning of the season,nothing was too much trouble . Food was varied & plentiful, at all meal times . Took advantage of going to the other Mitris hotels on the Island , they were lovely , but for me The Ramira came out ahead because of the great staff - thank you all for making us welcome.

Great hotel. Clean, attentive staff who could not do enough for you. Only slightly negative (slight!) was the location, 3.6km to Kos Town, took about an hour to walk to the heart of it, but only 3 minutes on the local bus that ran every 30 mins and only cost €1,60. Hotel staff cleaned rooms twice a day, brought round fresh fruit and drinks to you in the pool. Snack bar on the beach included in all inclusive, a real gem as you got fresh burgers and gyros served under the beach hut - didn’t feel like an all inclusive hotel. Lots of places and bars to sit in the evening. A great hotel that made our staff just lovely. Would definitely return to the hotel, and will be looking at others in the same chain

Excellent service, good quality food for an all-inclusive hotel, next to a pebble beach, 2.5 miles from Kos Town. We'll be going back and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Ramira :)

Hotel staff very polite and friendly. We had booked 2 pool view family rooms, but only had a view of the roof. Hotel staff could not do enough to help and find 2 more rooms with a better view. They finally managed to get us 2 amazing rooms next to one another with a sea view. The food was excellent. The pool and grounds were perfect, plenty of sunbeds. Evening entertainment very good. Right on the pebbly beach. Advertised as 5* but would rate it as an excellent 4*. Has all the 5* amenities but not quite the poshness of a 5*, which suited us fine. Cleanest hotel I have every stayed in. Cleaners everywhere, day and night. 10 minute bus ride into Kos town. If all Mitsis hotels are of the same standard will not look at any others. Look forward to returning maybe next year.

The hotel is not 5 star which is the biggest dissapoinment. How it achieved this is beyond me. The 4 restaurants are actually 1 beach bar serving Kebap only and then 1 buffet restaurant with 2 small sections which are a la Carte one Italian and one Chinese. Food selection was very samey. There was takeaway sandwiches in on bar but they looked worse than a school lunch. We actually asked to check out we were that surprised by it and we also weren’t happy with the baby beds - one was dirty and the next stained. The Rooms division manager said nothing wronged with stained one as the dirt couldn’t be cleaned off. He was also a bit aggressive and said this isn’t a reason to checkout but why would you want unhappy hotel guests. The breakfast staff were moody but buffet chefs happy and Elena the pool bar waitress was very good and apart from baby beds it was clean. The Room Division manger said they hadn’t changed the hotel description in 20 years when I mentioned the resturant description was Missleading. That is the problem it is a hotel not for the traveller of today but of twenty years ago. So if you want a hotel experience from 20 years ago it is your place. Five star it is not. They also used so much one use plastic when there are so many eco alternatives and this was a shame. All pool drinks served in single use plastic, same with the beach bar and the beach bar was all plastic cutlery and plates
